Sarah is a brilliant personal trainer - she's really fun to work with and got me the results I wanted. I already exercised regularly when I started seeing Sarah, I'd even been doing British Military Fitness boot camps - but I wanted to step it up a level to make sure I looked slim and toned on my wedding day.


Sarah listened to what I wanted to achieve, and pushed me to ensure I got those results, whilst keeping all of our sessions fun and even enjoyable. The sessions were all well-planned, and the activities varied to keep things interesting. Sarah herself is so bubbly and enthusiastic which is really motivating. I loved having Sarah as a personal trainer, and I'd recommend her to anyone.


With Sarah in charge of you it will be impossible not to get slim and toned and have huge fun at the same time.



Training with Sarah is everything the gym isn’t!  It’s personal, entertaining, rewarding, (occasionally exciting) and can be demanding but never a dull moment.


Plus until you’ve compiled your own food diary (as part of your Nutritional advice) you never really appreciated how personal and helpful it can be, as you strive for the body acceptable if not initially beautiful.

Having Sarah as a Personal Trainer was one of the best things I ever did. Working long hours in the City gives you little time to exercise, but an hour with Sarah left me feeling like I’d done 10 times more exercise than left to my own devices in the gym. She tailor makes each workout to suit your goals and always pushes you to go just that little bit further!


I also found her lifestyle advice invaluable, creating a bespoke nutrition plan so I could walk down the beach with my head held high! I can’t recommend her highly enough!





Sarah is the most funest personal trainer ever!  She puts you through your paces with an infectious smile on her face (even though you may be grimacing!), and is always the consummate professional.  She makes you look really buff and keeps you there (which works wonders with the ladies!), and after a climbing accident which meant I couldn’t walk for months, she was kind enough to train me at home - for no extra charge!  Always dedicated to the cause, and always fun to train with.

Sarah was a heaven sent answer to something I knew I had to start doing, but was just never going to join a gym to do. Once you’re past 40 like me, scary medicals and scary health anecdotes become regular events, so personal training becomes a must.


For me it also addresses other wish list items, such as protecting my dodgy back whilst improving my golf swing – surely incompatible goals, but not with Sarah, it’s yes we can!




I really enjoyed my sessions with Sarah and looked forward to every one of them. Training with Sarah was such fun and I'm so happy with what I achieved, reaching my target weight by the wedding and toning my arms. I felt great on my Honeymoon too, and really confident with my figure. I also loved our wedding chats, it really relieved my nerves!
