Running is a huge passion of mine and I will often be seen doing laps around Clapham Common…so feel free to join in if you spot me on my way round! Hello! I am a fully qualified REPS Level 3 Fitness and Nutrition coach. From competing at National Rowing Championships, to running marathons, I’ve always had a passion for health and fitness. I decided to turn this passion into a career so I could help others feel good and achieve their own individual fitness goals. I would describe myself as determined and focused with the energy and enthusiasm to get you from where you are, to where you want to be, and most importantly, have fun doing it!
