Based on Clapham Common, London, Group Training with Sarah O’Neill and her team adds professionalism and structure to your exercise programme. Having each hour long session planned by a Personal Trainer ensures sessions are focused, targeted and guaranteed to get results.


Training in the great outdoors burns 30% more calories (due to uneven surfaces, wind resistance etc) and training in a group boosts mood and self-esteem. Whatever your fitness goals, Sarah will get you there.
