I have a true passion for fitness and love to incorporate a wide range of diverse training methods in my work. I enjoy HIIT workouts, boxing, yoga, running and cycling as well as competing in both swimming and tennis. As I have mentioned I have been a professional dancer for years and pride myself in physical expression. I also love to travel and am always up for a new challenge and experience!
Hi! I’m a Level 3 qualified personal trainer with a passion for helping clients meet and exceed their goals! Growing up I was always heavily over weight - reaching 18 stone by the age of 18. I realised something had to give and started losing the weight. It wasn't until I started weight training and made it about being strong rather than a size 8 that I found a love of fitness and health and realised that this was what I wanted to be doing with my life. I fully understand the struggles that come with weight loss and understand that the same fitness routines and schedules don’t work for everyone. My goal is to find what works for you so that you enjoy the sessions, rather than dread them!
My greatest achievment was rehabilitating my client Nigel who suffered multiple fibula (lower leg) fractures along with knee tendon tears from a skiing accident. After 8 months of treatment and exercise, seeing this wonderful person walk confidently without aid, pain or a limp, was extremely rewarding.
I have been a Personal Trainer since 2009, working in a gyms, freelance and with a bootcamp. I particularly like to use circuit training including body weight exercises, suspension training, kettlebells and intervals as opposed to lots of endurance cardio. I am a qualified YMCA and NASM Personal Trainer with other qualifications in Nutrition, Outdoors training, Spinning, Pre & Postnatal and a Level 1 British Triathlon Coach.
I used to train for triathlons and raced in the European and World Championships 2010, amateur for Britain. However, now I prefer to focus on functional exercises and nutrition. I love training outdoors and getting a cold blast of fresh air (as fresh as it can be in London).
Although I've moved more towards interval trainings this doesn't mean I've turned soft, in fact I believe I work harder this way and I will certainly make you work hard but without that military style and focusing on fun.
Hello! I'm a Level 3-qualified Personal Trainer, based in South-West London, however I used to work in the Marketing Industry. I enjoyed my time in marketing up to a point, but knew it wasn't my true calling. In 2011 I started to investigate a career as a PT, taking the exams to gain my qualifications, and the more I did this, the more I realised it was what was missing from my life. I adore my career now, and all the challenges and opportunities that present themselves. I have a wide variety of clients, each with their own goals and reasons to be exercising, I'm just happy to be able to help them on their journey to realising them.
I have another business, www.wireless-fitness.com; we've created a unique, portable wireless transmitting system, for sport and fitness classes - so now Zumba and other popular music-based classes can be run outdoors without disturbing passersby - think silent disco + fitness. I like being busy, and being a PT and making Wireless Fitness the next big fitness craze, achieves this!
My housemate, Esmé- she's lost more than 27kg of weight in the last two years, through a combination of weight training and clean eating, and she can now squat 90kgs! She's a complete legend and I adore going to the gym with her.
Quitting my office job, jumping into the unknown, and making a success of it!
As a boxing enthusiast for the past 15 years, I have gained a great deal of knowledge and experience. My desire is to see everyone reach their personal fitness goals in a fun, enjoyable and highly charged atmosphere without risk of injuries.
Being a REPs Level 3 Personal Trainer for many years has allowed me to help a vast number of clients, all with different goals and targets. Spending 5 years working for Virgin active Kensington has given me the opportunity to lead group classes as well as private individual sessions. In 2009, I undertook a complete sports massage course which involved Swedish, deep tissue, sports A.R.T., trigger point and myo-facia release techniques. This has helped accelerate the recovery time of many clients, as well as relieving prolonged muscle soreness and adhesions. Currently I am studying BA in sports rehabilitation with a future goal to becoming a fracture surgeon.
Spending my free time enhancing my understanding in the area of anatomy, physiology and pathologies is an interest of mine that seems to never end. I believe in giving back, so once a week I volunteer at the cuban boxing academy teaching and train young amateur fighters.
My inspiration definitely has to be Bruce Lee. He proved that strength and speed can be achieved by anyone of any size. Having this in mind I believe with the right application coupled with intent, nothing is impossible.
Having previously been over 17 stone I have gone through the struggle of losing weight myself. I suffered with many issues throughout the weight loss, so I understand first-hand how tough it can be. I am open and happy to talk clients through the dark stages if they pop up. I went on to get into a goalkeeping academy and had the pleasure of training with coaches from Chelsea, Tottenham, and West Ham, whilst doing a 2 week camp in Italy with Juventus. I have been Personal Training five years, two in Surrey and three in London. I thrive on helping people get into better shape, as I have seen what it can do for me so I love nothing more than to pass that happiness onto others and help change lives!
Football football food and football. I still play now and go to watch Spurs when possible! I also love cooking up new healthy recipe alternatives -courgetti/zoodles is a current favourite!!
It's between my FA cup appearance and also meeting Buffon, Italy number 1, while at Juventus - he's a massive hero of mine!
Sounds cheesy but my clients, they motivate me to be better and some of the results they have achieved are incredible!
Hi my name is Daniela and I have been working in the fitness industry for 7 years. In recent times I have moved away from the gym environment into the great outdoors. I love training clients outdoors. The natural light and fresh air is so invigorating. I am also a qualified yoga teacher, spinning instructor, Boxercise instructor and pre and post natal trainer.
I love playing football, running, swimming and cycling. I also enjoy creative writing.
Having my daughter last year and subsequently losing 15kg. It was a challenge getting back to full fitness after having a baby especially with a lack of sleep and the demands of motherhood.
I love helping my clients with their fitness goals. When clients look forward to my sessions I know I am doing something right!
Hello! I'm Sarah, a Level 3 Personal Trainer working across South-West London. I originally trained as a contemporary dancer and I made the move from dance to fitness way back in 2006 when I began teaching exercise classes at my local gym. I finally took the plunge into full time personal training at the end of 2013 and already in my first year I've seen many people embark and succeed on their fitness journeys. I describe myself as a 'hybrid' trainer which means I like to combine traditional strength training exercises with the latest functional fitness methods to help develop a strong, toned, fit and flexible body.
There's nothing better than helping someone achieve or exceed a goal they have set and seeing the positive effect it has not just on their weight or fitness, but on their self image, confidence and well-being. It truly makes my job worthwhile.
I am an avid crossfitter with a sincere dislike of running (!!!) so I have recently decided to challenge myself and a group of people I train to complete a 10km obstacle race. Its my first one and I'm hoping to make this a regular occurrence so if you're up for the challenge I can keep you updated with details of the next one. It's a great goal to work towards if you need a bit of motivation!
I love seeing clients enjoy the sessions while still feeling the benefits! The actual workout shouldn’t be easy, but turning up should be! When a client finds the thing they love and gets the results they’re after all whilst keeping a smile on their face - that’s my fitness inspiration.
I’m really into my weight training and train strictly 3-5 times a week with some additional cardio and HIIT thrown in - I'm a big fan of training outside and it really does make a great addition to any gym schedule (variety is the spice of life right?!). Aside from that I love travelling, skiing (I’m happiest when I’m up a mountain - so much so that I have a mountain tattoo on my ankle) and experimenting with healthy but delicious recipes.
Losing the weight and getting to my current level of strength. I have still have goals that I’m working towards, but I wouldn’t be where I am today if I haven’t made the decision to join the boys and step into the weights room!
Hello! I am a fully qualified REPS Level 3 Fitness and Nutrition coach. From competing at National Rowing Championships, to running marathons, I’ve always had a passion for health and fitness. I decided to turn this passion into a career so I could help others feel good and achieve their own individual fitness goals. I would describe myself as determined and focused with the energy and enthusiasm to get you from where you are, to where you want to be, and most importantly, have fun doing it!
Running is a huge passion of mine and I will often be seen doing laps around Clapham Common…so feel free to join in if you spot me on my way round! I’m a big advocate of balance in life and outside of training I love nothing more than spending time with friends to refuel with good food and in great company.
I’m inspired by people who dedicate themselves to a goal or ambition, who work hard to achieve it and don’t give up – nothing worth having comes easy. This inspiration is something I take within my own training and hope to inspire in my clients.
Crossing the finish line in my first London Marathon in 3hr 45 :-)
Through my years of experience in the professional dance industry I have developed a unique insight into fitness, stamina and goal attainment. My aim in the fitness industry is to help people achieve their individual goals by pushing them to their limits, but always making the process fun. I believe you can achieve anything you set your mind to and it is most important to train hard and feel good. Persistence is key, never give up.
I am constantly inspired by anyone and everyone who works hard and pushes to become a happier and healthier version of themselves. For example I am truly inspired and driven by athletes such as Serena Williams and Michael Phelps who are constantly breaking their physical boundaries.
At 14 I had a knee accident and they told me I might not walk again and definitely not do any sport. I went on to be a professional dancer and athlete and have overcome all the setbacks my knee has given me!
I am a fully qualified REPS Level3 Personal trainer and also a circuit/boot camp, group cycling and boxing instructor.
Growing up , I have always had a passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle so I learned more about it and now it's my job... although it doesn't seem like it as there is nothing better than doing what you love! I love working with people, motivating them, pushing them to work to their limits and helping them to achieve their goals. We will work together on building a stronger, healthier and happier you :)
All kinds of sports like working out outdoors, running, cycling, bootcamps, boxing. Last year I completed the Spartan Beast race and I am always seeking new challenges. Travelling is my big passion and I have travelled solo to many beautiful countries. I fell in love with yoga in India where I learned Ashtanga from some amazing teachers and yoga became an important part of my life.
Honestly, all my clients who feel healthier and happier.
As a teenager I suffered with bad scoliosis and hip problems. The reason being that I grew 10cm in 6 months and I was in pain every day. I started focusing on strengthening my back by doing a number of targeted exercises, and now you would never notice that I had any problems. My parents still think it was a miracle but I know it was just hard work which paid off :)
