POST NATAL PERSONAL TRAINING
Getting back into shape after pregnancy can feel like a monumental task. As a qualified post-natal trainer (Advanced Practitioner) I am experienced in assisting mothers to get back into shape following birth, and in structuring an exercise programme that is appropriate to the delivery, your postnatal stage and individual goals and needs.
Within our team Sarah, Milly, Hannah and Ben are all pre and post-natal trained.
POST NATAL EXPERIENCE
With two little ones of my own I know how tough it can be to find the time (and energy!) to exercise. Getting a trainer in your corner can really help you make that change, as well as taking a 'bite sized' approach to training to ease you back in.
I decided to do an additional Advanced Post Natal qualification in order to deepen my understanding of the unique needs of the post natal body, which needs handling with care and respect.
This isn't just about getting back into a bikini - this is a journey to being a strong momma for life and i am delighted to work alongside trainers who really reflect this ethos, and have helped numerous women to rediscover their strength and condition as new mums.
