Sarah O'Neill and her team of hand-picked trainers are committed to making fitness fun. We want you to leave your sessions sore but smiling!
Each trainer within the team has been carefully selected and brings a wealth of experience spanning weight loss, injury rehabilitation, strength and conditioning and sports-specific training. We've helped numerous brides get in shape for weddings, mums get their bodies back, and amateur athletes smash their PBs. We are a highly motivated team who take great pride in enabling our clients to achieve their goals, celebrating their successes along the way.
Each training session will be different, and include a variety of exercise types and kit, such as suspension training, weights, kettle bells, ropes, ladders, boxing, HIIT and whatever else we fancy throwing into the mix! We love to train outdoors for the added vitality that brings, but are equally happy to train you at your home or place of work.
