I have been a Personal Trainer since 2009, working in a gyms, freelance and with a bootcamp. I particularly like to use circuit training including body weight exercises, suspension training, kettlebells and intervals as opposed to lots of endurance cardio. I am a qualified YMCA and NASM Personal Trainer with other qualifications in Nutrition, Outdoors training, Spinning, Pre & Postnatal and a Level 1 British Triathlon Coach.
Hannah is a superb trainer and an inspiring woman. Having been on a personal journey that involved over training and burnout, she is well equipped to take people to their peak performance but with a sensible, sustainable approach.
Together we have helped a raft of clients, from injury rehab and new mums to brides - always with great results. She loves functional mobility: As you can see in the video above she is an expert at mixing approaches to gain strength and flexibility.
