Our training sessions are fun and varied, catering for all fitness levels and fully adapted to take into account any specific considerations such as injury rehabilitation or specific training goals, matching exercise type and intensity to your level of experience.
A fitness holiday is the perfect opportunity to reboot healthy training and eating patterns. We do not believe in military training, shouting, log-dragging or banging on pans to wake people up. Training takes place in the garden of the villa, on the mirador (roof terrace), in the pool, on the hillsides or on the beach. The mountainous terrain offers up some fantastic hikes or off-road runs for the more adventurous.
