Our training sessions are fun and varied, catering for all fitness levels and fully adapted to take into account any specific considerations such as injury rehabilitation or specific training goals, matching exercise type and intensity to your level of experience.  


Re-Boot Camp

A fitness holiday is the perfect opportunity to reboot healthy training and eating patterns. We do not believe in military training, shouting, log-dragging or banging on pans to wake people up. We believe in providing a luxury fitness experience, training in stunning locations. You can attend as many or as few training sessions as you wish – this is your holiday.  

This is the most important element for us: our guests always leave the villa feeling refreshed, relaxed and reinvigorated to approach life from a healthier, happier place.


You will leave the camp with a vast range of new exercise ideas from your group training workouts. You will also learn how to re-set your  eating, revamp your training and create balance within your lifestyle through 1-2-1 consultations and individual planning sessions. The end of the Boot Camp is the beginning of a great new fitness journey.

1400: Free time relaxing by pool or visiting local area plus Nutrition & Lifestyle 1-2-1 sessions

1700: Bootcamp BoxFit: Boxing and cardio drills

1745: Power circuits

1815: Ultimate abs

1830: Stretch, relax and meditation

1900: Showers and a well deserved glass of wine!

2000: Dinner

Example Timetable

Training takes place in the garden of the villa, on the mirador (roof terrace), in the pool, on the hillsides or on the beach. The mountainous terrain offers up some fantastic hikes or off-road runs for the more adventurous.
